Srv250 Terms & Conditions

Please read this document carefully before using the srv250 platform. By registering or using any part of our platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the srv250 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the srv250 platform.

Srv250 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and srv250 regarding your use of the platform, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to register one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details. srv250 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. srv250 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

Prohibited Platform Use

  • Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to manipulate game outcomes
  • Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct
  • Sharing your account with another person or allowing others to play using your account
  • Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or bugs within the platform's systems
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or srv250 staff

3. Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All transactions on the srv250 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, online banking via FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, and others), and direct bank transfers. Deposits are credited to your account automatically once payment is successfully verified.

Withdrawals will be processed to the Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered under the user's name only. srv250 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Processing times range from 30 minutes to three (3) business days, depending on the chosen method and any verification requirements.

Srv250 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraud or violates our internal policies. In such cases, the user will be contacted for further verification. Any charges or fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user.

4. Liability Limits & Account Policies

Srv250 provides its online gambling platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service at any given time. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, technical delays, or system errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, srv250 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to system disruptions or technical delays beyond our control.

Account Suspension & Closure

Srv250 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances without prior notice:

  • Violation of any terms set out in this document
  • Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
  • User found to be under 18 years of age
  • At the user's own request through the designated account closure procedure
  • Compliance with a court order or directive from Malaysian authorities

If an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited at srv250's discretion following a full investigation.

5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law

All content on the srv250 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of srv250 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from srv250.

The srv250 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience and srv250 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
